Thank you for taking the time to browse my website. I created this site for prospective clients to get familiar my services and with Washington, DC. If you are planning to purchase or sell a home it is never too early to enroll my assistance. Involving me from the beginning will save you time and simplify your decision making process.

A little bit about me

Simply put, I love homes. All kinds of homes. Condos, townhouses, houses, custom or prefab… you name it. I find the process of searching for a living space that suits someone’s needs and tastes fascinating.

One of the most interesting aspects for me is the process of understanding what one likes and dislikes. I find great enjoyment when I can help somebody think through their own likes and dislikes and when we eventually find a place that they can call home.

Working

I am currently licensed in Washington, DC, Maryland & Virginia. I am affiliated with Arbour Realty, the DC area’s first green real estate company. In the past I have been successfully affiliated with Long & Foster and RE/MAX Allegiance, two of the largest companies in the country.

In addition to my love and knowledge of the local metro Washington real estate market, I have been involved with international real estate in various ways, from being a board member on the local council of the International Real Estate Federation, to spending several months managing a real estate franchise in Europe.

Prior to entering the real estate profession, I worked for years as a marketing consultant.

Living

I currently live in McLean. I have also lived in D.C.’s Connecticut Heights neighborhood, Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood, and in the City of Falls Church where I still own property. In the past I have also owned properties in Falls Church, VA and Orlando, FL.

Playing

I enjoy playing tennis and also practicing Yoga and Kung Fu when time permits. I am also a certified Yoga instructor.

Education

I earned a B.A. in Management from Webster University, where I attended its St.Louis, MO and London, UK campuses, and a M.A. from Georgetown University, where I concentrated in Business Ethics. I believe in constant learning and training, and for that reason I have accumulated more real estate related training than 90% of real estate agents.

Working with me

I have strong opinions about what the role of a modern real estate professional should be. I believe my role is to help people; to advise you and assist you in your home purchase or sale, not to “sell” anything. I judge my success by the satisfaction level of each client, not by the number of homes one sells every year. I believe in quality, not quantity.

I make a point of being accessible for my clients throughout the day, and communicate with them all information and updates promptly. Furthermore, you can feel comfortable to ask anything. In a real estate transaction no question is a dumb question.
